Gemma Dioni made this interesting discovery at the Good Spot parking lot in the East Frame:
“Came across these this morning. You can use them for free; you just have to bring your own lock and liaise with the guy at the Car Parks in the morning for them to remove their existing lock. Handy if you want to park and bike, but would think more useful also if using the Manchester Street super-stops and want to leave your bike in town.”
