I used their email contact page, and got no replies. Facebook is not an option.

Basically, if the system is to be useful, it needs buy-in from multiple parties. After 6 months, it should be able to show positive growth trends in “number of registered bikes” and “services checking these listings”. If they’ve had a successful match on a stolen bike then that would be great news to share.

Strava’s already got that location-of-fancy-bikes thing covered – and it even gives you a map to get there.

This might be great, IF the police use it too. If they don’t, then it’ll fizzle. Can you report back in a couple months on how it goes ?

So this tool is a database that records the location of lots of expensive bikes? Seems like data that thieves would be keen to get their hands on.
