And I mean front lights that are too bright, or angled at eye level! Several times in the last month I’ve been dazzled by an oncoming person on a bike with some super bright light and nearly had an accident as I couldn’t see anyone or anything else. Lights that are appropriate for a night time ride on a trail are anti-social in the city…

I believe Germany already regulates bike lights so there is precedent.
