					<description><![CDATA[Have been thinking this winter some regulation, or at least a campaign, about front lights would be a good idea. And I mean front lights that are too bright, or angled at eye level! Several times in the last month I&#039;ve been dazzled by an oncoming person on a bike with some super bright light and nearly had an accident as I couldn&#039;t see anyone or anything else. Lights that are appropriate for a night time ride on a trail are anti-social in the city...

I believe Germany already regulates bike lights so there is precedent.]]></description>
