They did, was it an improvement?  Or just a choke point for car traffic?

The removal of on-street car parking was the single biggest improvement made to Riccarton Road, but there&#039;s nothing to keep the cars out of the bike lane.  So you have to look out for wandering cars still.

Midde and Upper Riccarton Road are still horrid. with tiny spots of improvement - and I still think Blenheim road is safer.]]></description>
