He&#039;d sold it years before as a complete bike, and I bought a bare frame on trademe from the West Coast.  We never figured out where it had gone in the intervening years.

It was a running joke for me to show him &quot;baby photos&quot; of whatever I&#039;d updated/added to the bike, from a proper M5 seat (thanks Simon!) to  headrest, night lighting for the dark run home in winter, and so on.]]></description>
