However, other cyclists using Hagley have been embarrassing to our cycling whānau. They need to share. I have seen people using e-bikes at great speed to pass too close and burst , (and frighten) a child’s bubble, racing crossing traffic lights at speed and not moving Off the path which isn’t hard for a bike when elderly people are using the smooth paths. And these people are grown adults, not kids or teens.

Seems ironic that NZTA is currently proposing cycling for all ages (not just school kids) on our footpaths.
