					<description><![CDATA[The contribution to mental health that cycling provides is huge. I know that in my own case and by talking to my cycling friends. Riding the cycling paths of Auckland I see the enjoyment of other riders too.
Many studies have shown how those who cycle to work are much happier than those who drive. You can either sit in traffic which is always frustrating no matter how zen you think you are, or cruise past  the traffic, enjoying the freedom a bike provides. I have been cycling to work for over thirty years and couldn&#039;t imagine how my life would have been without it. Not to mention the money I have saved from only having one family car.]]></description>
