At Pukeahu National War Memorial Park only one section has had the blocks added - other edges (including the one featured in the Stuff article) haven&#039;t been changed. On the other hand there don&#039;t seem to have been many incidents of people being caught by the edges recently - I think people who regularly bike through the area have got to know what to look out for. Incidentally the champfering you noted at the entrance to the Defence campus was in the original construction - presumably to prevent LAV&#039;s from being tipped over as they turned in :-)]]></description>
