It is horrible for cycling. Traffic is way too fast too close to cyclists. High speed ramps. Drivers expect to go fast there. How did they get funding for cycling on the southern motorway but not here? Is there national funding available to support alternative transport for roads like this? This difference between plan and need mystifies me ( and I hope won’t kill me, when I cycle on SH1 next year…) Ian
